Returns
* Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
* Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
