6. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To qualify for a refund:
    •    Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
    •    You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
    •    You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
